PIECE OF JUNK and WORTHLESS WARRANTY!![]()
I purchased one of these TVs from Sam’s Club in May of 2009. Once I brought it home and hooked it up I found that the speakers would cut out from time to time. I contacted the Philips customer service hotline and had a technician in my house by the beginning of October! Unfortunately, Philips had contracted their repair services to a moron that didn’t know anything about the warranty process. After waiting 2 weeks for the original repairman to move my claim along, I decided to contact Philips again. Ultimately, Philips put me in touch with a repair shop about an hour away from my home. Once they came out to my house they replaced the Audio/Visual board in the TV and told me it would be fine.
